Why you shouldn’t take yourself too seriously

It was the season of Lent four years ago when my then four-year-old niece Lainey used her charming innocence and candy corn (…yes, candy corn) to teach me an unforgettable lesson. 

During this season of Lent, I encourage you to fast from worry and feast on contentment.
